If you’re a newcomer or regular for our Lesflicks events, we’re eager to share with you our new event hosts including Naomi Bennett, Founder of Lesflicks!

So you can get to know them a little better, check out their introduction bios down below:

Meet NAOMI…

Naomi is the founder of Lesflicks. An out and proud lesbian whose  2 passions are lesbian film and community. She lives and breathes both of these every day and will often be found sporting rainbow eyeshadow to make sure she is visible to her community! Her favourite film is Professor Marston and the Wonder Women.

Meet Caroline…

Hi,

I’m Caroline (She/Her) and I have been volunteering with LesFlicks since April 2019 when I came on board as the curation manager. Since then we have programmed a number of exciting film festivals and other events. I am also doing my MA in Film Studies, Programming & Curation at The National Film and Television School, and pre covid I ran my own monthly cinema night called ‘Women & Cocaine’ which celebrates the fierce and liberated women of early cinema. I am originally from Liverpool but have been living in London for the past 13 years. My favourite lesbian films, among many others, are Aimee and Jaguar and Ammonite.

Meet Molly…

Hi,

I’m a 20-year-old psychology and counselling student. I am a Wiccan and Catholic which is unusual. I have an overwhelming love for foxes and my favourite LGBT+ movie is Two of Us (Deux) it just had amazing cinematography. I’ve also just got into Drag Race (I know I’m way behind the hype).

Now that you know more about our hosts…
