If you don’t know Christie Conochalla‘s name yet, you will very soon. We love all the lesbian and bisexual films and series out there in the world, but one great thing about the LBTQ+ film community is that it’s a small circle. For once, this is not a bad thing, as it is easier for the community to hear of and access LBTQ+ films and all film-related news. Similarly, if you are in the queer women film world, Christie Conochalla’s name is one to remember, because she is going places! She has been directing short films since 2011, and is now making her feature film debut with Forever Not Maybe, a lesbian romantic drama. Even more exciting is the fact that it’s being released exclusively on Lesflicks starting November 12, 2020! To highlight Christie’s work, we have put together this short list of four of her films available now on Lesflicks VOD. Whether you’ve seen some of her films or none at all, take a look and find out more!

Rachel finds herself falling in love at first sight and desperately tries not to walk down the same path as other characters in famous lesbian romantic comedies but finds herself caught in the forces of inertia where art imitates life and takes Paulie with her on this funny, heartwarming, fairy tale-ish ride through love, loss, love, and happily ever after.
